Liz Thorne is London Development Manager for End Child Poverty, responsible for co-ordinating 4in10: The End Child Poverty London project. 4in10 works with voluntary and community organisations across the capital to tackle the specific challenges London faces in ending child poverty
Liz joined End Child Poverty in May 2008. Prior to this she was the Dare to Care Co-ordinator at Barnardo's. She has been employed in the voluntary sector for five years, initially working in Mexico before moving to Thailand where she joined the Tsunami Volunteer Centre as the Volunteer Co-ordinator.
